Once upon a time, when life was simpler, women had the ability to choose between a simple manicure, and even a French manicure. Today, women are spoilt for choice and the simple nail has been transformed into a canvas to express individuality, creativity and personality.
With the help of a well-trained nail technician, women can now don graphic colour blocked nails to ombre-anything, jewels and even with intricate designs. The only limit is ones imagination. Even the nail shape has been revolutionised with some help from acrylic tips to stiletto, almond, ballerina and lipstick, which are all nail shapes a manicurist should be well acquainted with in today’s Instagram worthy #nailart domain. As a Beauty Therapist with an established background in nails, it allows you the opportunity to take advantage of the new developments in nail treatments and hone your skills based on the newest trends and techniques.
Denise Bramdau, Principal of Beauty Therapy Institute @Sorbet in Rivonia explained: “As a Beauty Therapist, you should always be prepared for the unexpected when a client walks in. Women know what is in fashion, what’s trending and what’s new. They are educated about their options. If you’re qualified to offer the latest treatments, techniques and trends, you will always feel comfortable with any request they bring to the table.”
The Beauty Therapy Institute is offering Advanced Nail Art Courses to any Nail Technician, where you may sharpen your skills in this new and out-spoken accessory. This can sync-in with the other courses offered, eg: manicures and pedicures. We believe that having two completed BTI modules is better than having one.
The new Payment Plan is another amazing option to be used to one’s advantage in completing any modules at our campuses. The Payment Plan enables students wanting to follow either individual or combinations of courses such as Manicure & Pedicure, Facials and even Business Administration to pay a 50% deposit on their course fees. The further 25% is payable once they have completed half of the hours and the final 25% of the course fee is payable once they have completed three quarters of their hours.
We are excited to offer education in the latest and greatest treatments offered within the facilities closest to you.
Find one of our 10 campuses online at: www.beautytherapyinstitute.co.za. The facilities are all listed on the website for your ease of access. We will direct your mail to the correct person who will be in contact with you directly.
Happy Nail Designing, into the future!
